Kaylen Prince

Founder and Executive Director

Kaylen Prince is the founder of B&W Classical Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing diversity, inclusion, and representation in classical music. Through private lessons, group classes, and virtual programs, the academy empowers individuals from all backgrounds to discover and experience the transformative power of music.

Kaylen holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of North Texas, where she focused on the connections between music, language, and culture. She earned a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Music from Texas Woman’s University and is a proud alum of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, where she honed her skills as a classical pianist, laying the foundation for her lifelong passion for music.

Driven by a commitment to education and cultural representation, Kaylen leads B&W Classical Academy with a mission to make high-quality music education accessible and inclusive. Through her innovative approach and strong community partnerships, Kaylen continues to inspire others to explore the joy of music and celebrate its rich cultural impact.
